Terms of Service for The PlugStore App

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The PlugStore mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
- Use of the App
- You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to:
a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
b) Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, or networks.
- Accounts
- Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Intellectual Property
- All App content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The PlugStore or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
- Purchases and Payments
- If you make purchases within the App, payment is processed via third-party payment processors.
- Refunds are subject to the App’s refund policy (see FAQ or contact support).
- User Data

- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- The PlugStore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Termination

- Termination does not limit our right to enforce claims or remove content.
- Modifications
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
